How did she meet yoga?
The founder of Jiaiii, Rin, was initially not satisfied when she went to learn in Japan. She felt it was all physical. She felt it was all stretches.
Therefore, she went to explore yoga and take the yoga teacher training course in front of the Himalaya mountain in India. During this time, she had experienced her first kundalini moving up her spines.
When she came back from India and went back to her work life as an in-house consultant, she decided to quit her job and went to Thailand to explore more about yoga and mindfulness. In Thailand, she fell in love how yoga was more about feeling the body, our energy and being connected with our selves.
Do I need to be flexible?
NO. Yoga is not about flexibility. Therefore, please do not worry about it. Also, in my yoga we will be closing our eyes most of the time. This is because there is no need to compare with other people and yourself. So, do not worry if others are flexible more than you!
Instead of feeling bad,
let’s focus on accepting our progress at this moment right now.
Let’s feel okay being ourselves.

Corporate Yoga : 10,000 yen* / 60 min
Friends / Family Yoga (3 or more member) : 2,500 yen* each / 60 min
